Cottage, Savary Island, Progress

The cedar shingle siding is (mostly) on. Work is progressing nicely and on schedule for an end of June completion. To see other recent pictures, and to read more about this deluxe cottage for sale on the beautiful Gulf Island called Savary, Click Here.

Andrew Van Wersch, Master Builder, just got back from a couple of weeks working hard on the cottages (the one pictured above, and a waterfront larger cottage). As expected, he got more done than what a large crew of your typical builders might accomplish. He knows what he is doing, he works hard, he has the skills, and his heart is in it. I do believe that when you love what you are doing, things go better.

Such a sweet cottage. And proof that you can get away from it all, but still enjoy hot and cold running water, showers, flush toilets, electricity and so on. Be sure to visit the website to see all the updated photographs, both of the cottage, and of the property and waterfront.
